Mostly sport but generally things that move

Sports Photography: As a nation, we love sports; it's fair to say that people can be obsessed with sports. Not just the participants, but the spectators as well. Boxers abstain from sex the night before a fight. Why? Is it because they just don’t like each other?

It doesn’t matter whether the sport is amateur or professional; there are fans everywhere, all wearing their club colours and marching off to see their team as though they were going to war. Indeed in the seventies and eighties, that was usually the case, as rival sets of fans clashed with each other. All over, twenty men chasing a bag of wind across a field.

We have a range of sports in the UK; besides the obvious ones, there are sports as diverse as wellie wanging, bog snorkelling, wife carrying and black pudding throwing. I won’t be photographing all of those well you never know I might do some of them.
