The terms in this document are for the information of visitors to my website (https://charliehannah.co.uk) and form the conditions that govern the use of my website, whether as a visitor or registered user.

Use of the website includes accessing, browsing or registering to use my site or services.

All images and text used on this website are the property of Charlie Hannah and are protected by the United Kingdom and International copyright law.

Content may not be downloaded, projected, copied, reproduced or used in any way without the express written consent of Charlie Hannah. For full details of permitted use, see my copyright policy.

Various tracking systems may be in place at any time, to identify unauthorised use. Unauthorised users agree that they will be liable to a standard £180.00 administration charge per image plus reproduction fees at the sole discretion of Charlie Hannah.

WEBSITE ORDERS & PAYMENT

Stripe processes all payments on this website. Stripe offers an industry-standard secure online payments system. You may use any credit/debit card to pay via Stripe, even without an account.

ORDERING PRINTS
Packaging

You can rest assured that your order will be suitably packaged, to prevent damage during transit. Items will be packaged in the following ways.

  • Framed print orders will be bubble wrapped and packaged within protective cardboard.
  • Photographic prints will be packaged flat, wrapped in cellophane, bubble wrapped and wrapped in a two part corrugated cardboard box.
  • Book orders will be protected in a cardboard book mailer.
  • Greetings card sets and calendars will be packaged in a board-backed envelope.

PROCESSING

I endeavour to despatch all print orders within 10 working days of placing an order. Should there be a delay for any reason I will contact you via email. In reality, the vast majority of my orders are despatched in less than 10 working days.
Delivery is included for all UK orders. Photographic prints are despatched direct from the printers via Royal Mail or courier depending on size. Framed prints will be despatched by courier. You will be e-mailed to advise when your order has shipped.
At present only orders to UK addresses can be processed. If you would like delivery to an international destination contact me for shipping costs and information.

RETURNS POLICY

I take pride in my customer service in both the quality of my prints and the efficiency with which I process orders. However if for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of your order please contact me to describe the imperfection(s) and return the item(s) in as-new condition within seven days of receipt. Upon receipt and after satisfactory inspection of imperfection(s) you will be offered a replacement.
Due to the nature of custom-printed products, this order cannot be modified or cancelled once it’s placed.
